Chamberlains had updated their branding recently but needed some help taking that branding further. They wanted to better communicate their values and strengths through their marketing material and website.
What we did
We felt that the strength of Chamberlains is the depth of knowledge and quality of personal service that you get. The personality of Chamberlains needed to come across in every point of contact with the public so we started introducing members of the team onto the home page of their site and on their printed literature. We redesigned the template for the monthly newspaper which goes out to 22k local homes, giving it a more modern feel and introducing the teams for each branch. We added a feature box with a ‘Pick of the month’ to bring out one of the main properties to be noticed. The property adverts were overhauled to better represent the property along with its key points.
The end result is a much cleaner and easy to navigate property paper.
We also created new business cards and marketing communications for the Lettings department!
